Head of Sales Support - 上海
Job Purpose
61 Manage the Sales Support Team which included BSM, Sales Operation & Communication, Marketing and After-Sales Management, etc
61 Steer Sales Support Team in the country to ensure providing effective support of Sales channels
Main Accountabilities
Customer External
New & Existing Customers
61 Develop & maintain existing and new customers thru appropriate propositions, i.e. support spot quotes, preparing rate proposal/customer SOP, etc
61 Monitor and provide result data for sales program/campaign/project that associated with Company’s production promotion
61 Provide specific advice/information/reports to M&S Management to facilitate business performance review & evaluation
61 Sales performance monitoring and analyse that associated with Sales Effectiveness Program
Regional / Global M&S and FICO Team
61 Provide and monitoring requested reports to Regional / Global M&S, GCS and FICO teams related to DGF/1CN business performance
Customer Internal
DGF/1CN Management, M&S, Product & FICO Teams
61 Provide and monitoring requested reports to Regional / Global M&S, GCS and FICO teams related to DGF/1CN business performance
61 Customers / Sales business performance analysis
61 Monitoring various M&S related business performance reporting systems, i.e. iSell, Quote Shop, LECR, etc
61 Monitor and support sales activities and campaigns to sales teams
Stakeholder Internal
CPM/ISC/DOM/AFR/OFR
61 Liaise with CPM/ISC/DOM/DTR for competitive quote rate or respond to biddings/tenders if needed
61 Work with Products (AFR/OFR/CPM/DOM/DTR) to develop solutions to meet customer needs
Other Departments
61 Maintain good communication and working relationship with other functions
People Management
61 Develop a high performance service culture within the functional department.
61 Plan, organize and direct and efficient and effective functional department.
61 Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.
61 Consult performance appraisal.
61 Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets
61 Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department.
Requirements for the Job
61 Good knowledge of DHL business & organization structure
61 Good knowledge of DHL related products/logistics knowledge
61 Good knowledge of AFR/OFR/DOM/DTR operation process
61 Good knowledge in office software, especially Excel, Word etc
61 Good knowledge of Sales Support job scopes
61 Good interaction & communication skills with various Depts and Regional
61 At least 10 years working experiences, preferable in Service/Logistics industry
61 Bachelor Degree & above
